The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) states that personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. This means information that is either directly about someone or can be traced back to this person. Examples are someone's name, address and place of residence. But telephone numbers and postcodes with house numbers are also personal data. Protection of privacy is a fundamental right. We think it is important to handle your data with care. This privacy statement explains what and how we use your data.
Personal data we process and why
The Ineta Aryani Foundation only processes personal data that coincide with the specific purpose and which you yourself have provided or have provided to us. The specific goal of the foundation is to promote health care in Indonesia, especially in (but not limited to) Java, and especially for (but not limited to) unborn and newborn children. This goal is fully aimed at the public benefit (public health) by means of improving diagnosis, therapy and prevention of common diseases with high mortality and disease (public interest) in particular (but not limited to) disorders in mother and child for , during and after birth. The foundation is not for profit. As such, the board members do not receive any remuneration for their work. To achieve this goal, we process the personal data of donors and other persons, including persons involved in organizations that help us achieve our goal.
In this respect:
- Personal data that enable us to identify and approach donors such as name, first name, address, telephone number, email address;
- To handle an application for or involvement in the foundation's activities. People who are interested in our activities and who contact us for this (by telephone, by e-mail, via the website) are asked to leave their personal data so that we can contact them.
- Electronic data such as IP addresses and cookies are processed to improve the user-friendliness of our online environments with registration of personal data for our network in relation to our activities.
- Images or images of colleagues and/or participants in activities that the foundation processes for promotional purposes. In order to announce new activities and services, the foundation may use personal data to inform you about events, special promotions and activities. It is also possible that the foundation sends individuals or organizations an email approach if they have signed up for it. This can be undone by unsubscribing from these services (opt-out).

Retention period
The foundation does not store your personal data for longer than is necessary and permitted by law within the purpose for which you provided your data. The foundation does not provide personal data to third parties.
Cookies
A 'cookie' is a small file that is placed on your computer, smartphone or tablet by a website. It stores information, so to speak, so that users stay logged in to a site, and the site knows which pages users visit. The foundation only uses functional and analytical cookies. Functional cookies ensure that the site works better. Analytical cookies keep track of what visitors do on a site via statistics. This allows the foundation to improve the website, because we know, for example, which pages are poorly visited. 'Tracking cookies', also known as 'tracking cookies', which follow the surfing behavior of users across different sites, are not used by the foundation.

You can at any time ask which personal data the foundation collects from you and for what purpose. You have the right to correct incorrect, outdated or incomplete data. In specific cases, you can request to have your data deleted or to limit the processing.
